How much does it cost to join?

The pricing on each Hancock website varies, but the general pricing is as follows:

• Recurring Monthly Memberships are $24.95; recurring monthly at $19.95
• Non-recurring 1 Month Memberships are $27.95
• Non-recurring 3 Month Memberships are $59.95
• Non-recurring 6 Month Memberships are $99.95
• Non-recurring 1 Month Telephone Billing Memberships are $29.95

How often do you change your content and update your websites?

Updating and editing the site is an ongoing process, but is generally updated weekly.

Do you use any credit card security measures?

Your recurring monthly membership purchases are made securely through our authorized merchant, CCBill. Please click HERE for their policies.

What name appears on my billing statement?

Hancock Media, Inc. will appear as the authorized merchant on your credit card or banking statements.

What if I don't have a credit card?

Your membership can also be charged directly to your checking account or telephone bill. Choose either the pay by check or telephone billing options when signing up. (telephone billing is available for U.S. residents only)

Can I "mail in" a money order or check?

Unfortunately, we do not accept "mail in" membership subscriptions. However, if you have a checking account, you can choose the pay by check option when signing up.

Do you use DRM on your website?

Hancock Studios does not use DRM (Digital Rights Management) on any of our websites. However, Hancock Studios reserves the right to alternate or remove videos from any website without notice.

How do I send e-mail to the models?

There is a "Contact Us" form section on each Hancock website. You may use this form to send emails to your favorite model. We will forward all letters of encouragement, but unfortunately do to privacy issues, we do not encourage models to reply.

How do I get hold of you if I need technical or billing support with your site?

There is a Suoort section on each Hancock website. If you require any assistance from our support team, please submit your request on the appropriate website.

Can I share my membership info by posting it on "free gateway" sites?

In a word, NO. Sharing your personal account information is violation of both our Terms and Conditions and those of CCBill's. Not only will your membership be immediately revoked with no refund, you will be banned from ALL CCBill sponsored sites, and we will prosecute. All the contents of this Site are the property of Hancock Studios and there is NO “public domain” for these materials. The Members sections are only accessible to the individual, registered member.
